Complimentary Parking: Off-street, covered parking is available to our guests complimentary.

Age Restriction: All guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled greater than 14 days before arrival are subject to a $35 penalty. Within 14 days of arrival, those canceled will be assessed a charge equal to the first night's room and tax.

Deposit Policy: A credit card will be charged for the full amount of the stay upon reservation confirmation.

Credit Card Policy: We accept all major credit cards.

Check-In Time: Check-in time is at 4 p.m., and check out time is at 10:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra cost when available.

Guarantee Policy: Generally, we cannot guarantee any room number or location, although we make every effort to grant special requests.

Pet Policy: Schooner II Beach & Racquet Club does not allow pets.

Smoking Policy: Our resort is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
